For those seeking beginner skills and certification, we can offer many different options depending on your goals. For 2007 we are only running canoe lessons on a private lesson basis. In a typical beginner lesson, participants will learn entry and exit, paddle strokes, carrying the canoe, transporting on a vehicle, rescues and more. Participants also have the opportunity to receive ORCKA flatwater certification if requested.
