If you would like to sign up for a course, please call or email us and we can take a deposit which will secure your spot in a course.

The sheets below contain information on course locations and driving directions, what to bring, what we supply, course times and other pertinent info, simply download the form for your course type. Should you need any additional information, please contact us by phone, email, or stop by the store.

Payment Details: If a deposit was put on your course, the balance must be paid prior to one week before the course date. If the balance is not paid before this date, your spot will become open for people on waiting lists. Cancellations must be made within two weeks of the course start date without penalty. After this time a full refund will be issued only if a replacement is found to fill your spot. If no replacement is found your deposit will be put into a credit for future purchases in the store. No Shows who have not made prior contact with us will forfeit in full their payment. We require your waiver to be completed and returned to us prior to the course. If you are faxing in your waiver and registration, please bring the originals to the course with you.
