When it's too cold to kayak outside we take our courses indoors. Brock University Pool is the perfect place to learn the roll, and other rescue skills. This course is great for either whitewater kayakers or touring kayakers. Much of the time is spent on learning how to roll. Once you have mastered the roll you are much more confident and can concentrate on having fun and learning other skills. We will also cover rescues, bracing, entry and exit and equipment selection. All courses are taught by certified kayaking instructors and include equipment. Courses all take place on Monday evenings.
